In the fall of 2007 we will begin construction on a 3-4 lot subdivision, called Yankee Village. We are in the process of purchasing Georgian and Federal period homes from the 1700's to early 1800's.
This will be a premier community of 'relocated' historic homes. Five homes will be situated on 2-7 acre lots of rolling, wooded land in Historic Russell Hill, Brookline, New Hampshire. This settlement offers homes that highlight the historic appeal and character of New England architecture.
This area features top rated school systems, abundant leisure activities with nearby lake, hiking, snowmobile trails and conservation land. Brookline, located just 20 minutes west of Nashua, is one of the fastest growing, and most desirable communities in New Hampshire. Junior and senior high school students participate in the award winning Hollis/Brookline School system that has consistently ranked in the top 5 school programs in New Hampshire. The Brookline elementary program has also consistently scored in the top percentile for statewide testing results.
Brookline has excellent recreational facilities with our own Lake Potanipo providing wonderful opportunities for summer and winter family enjoyment. Brookline also enjoys a vibrant conservation commision that has been aggressively expanding our protected conservation land.
These homes will include a variety of styles, and will all be a minimum of 3,000 square feet. As always, the history of the home will be included for the new buyer.
If you are interested in owning one of these homes, the new owners will be able to determine their home style preference as well as their preferred lot.
We currently have access to Straight Front Colonials, Pyramid House, Saltbox and a Cape.
